This morning, I got up and knocked out the same 13.1 in 103 minutes, and you know what?  It was a lot easier.  Why the heck is that?I know, on an intellectual level, that the delta between running 7:30 a mile and 8:00 translates into that kind of time difference. Just around the Reston Sprint Triathlon as well, which was special.  Happily, the majority of the tech issues seem to be sorted out, and Fernando is up and running again with a new battery, here's hoping it keeps him happy over the summer.
